Refund Policy: For seasonal reservations(Jan.,Feb.,March) 100% refund up to September 1st. 50% refund for cancellations made within (60) days of arrival date. All other cancellations will be issued a credit for a future stay within (6) months of the original arrival date. Non seasonal cancellations will receive a credit for a future stay within (6) months of original arrival date. No shows will receive no refund and no credit. No refunds or credits for early departures.
*Rates are based on 2 campers. Each additional camper $5 nightly. Maximum 4 campers per site. 11% sales tax on stays less than 6 month.
